As founder and President of Island Scholars Inc., I am providing university scholarships to high achieving students who live in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and are in need of financial assistance. We have awarded more than 100 scholarships since 2015. Forty scholarship recipients have graduated from college. Scholarships are renewed if students achieve a GPA of 3.0 or better. This is a volunteer role but it is by far the most rewarding job I have had.
