• Supervised up to 6 employees and coordinated activities of workers engaged in raising poultry, collecting eggs, ensuring feed dispersing, and maintaining equipment and facilities on poultry farm• Performed daily repair of machinery or directed maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, such as chicken cages, automatic feeders, egg collectors, cleaning and fumigating barns, and installation and/or removal of waste belts• Daily meetings with farm manager; to ascertain production requirements, to discuss condition of equipment, and status of supplies• Prepared worker attendance, egg production, feed consumption, and poultry mortality reports• Any other duties outside of the typical supervisor duties, hours or job functions to ensure the consistent and smooth production of egg flow and waste removal.
