I led the web development team (12 people - BE, FE, Devops) working end-to-end on the development of all Minute Media services - website, editor, CMS and APIs, all built internally. In charge of all levels of the implementation - architecture, design review, code review, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Working closely with the VP product and business stakeholders to define the requirements of new features with emphasis on a clear understanding of business needs and goals.I established new processes in the R&D, such as 1:1s and tech talks.

Developing products in the field of video business-intelligence. I was one of the few developers that started working on the product, which was eventually sold to large retailers around the world (Walmart, HomeDepot). My main project here was a scalable parallel processing application (.NET) for video processing and data manipulation (client and server).
