Provide sound architectural strategy for the global compute environment as it relates to the data center (hyper-converged infrastructure), hybrid-cloud, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), scalability, reliability, cost and overall system performance. As part of the Digital Transformation journey, apply industry leading technologies to address critical business challenges related to merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, security/compliance, automation and team collaboration.

Direct all aspects of team responsibilities, including strategic planning, system landscape architecture, hardware sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, security/compliance, annual budget planning, resource administration, staffing, project management, day-to-day support and definition/adherence to up-time and performance metrics.

Day-to-day responsibilities including: troubleshooting problems, system monitoring, applying SAP support packages, transport administration and housekeeping for implemented SAP systems. Project management responsibilities included: developing project plans, implementing projects per plan and within budget, performing all up-front research, producing all on-going documentation/architecture diagrams and cross-training team members.
