Responsible for Tickets, Rental, Tuning, Ticket Validation and the regions best Snowsports School. My key function is to design the guest experience, from pricing to follow-up. I've been applying the concepts of my recently completed MBA to the role, using existing research, data mining, and new studies to provide exemplary, profitable service.

I set an objective to stand apart, delivering exceptional guest experiences via a dedicated and inspired team. We are always innovating at Crystal. At one point, I worried that continuous evolution would make a skittish staff, but with years behind us, Crystal Mountain Snowsports instructors expect and embrace change- stagnation makes them more anxious than change. My team can stand among the industry's most reknown instructors, and for that I am very proud.

Two very distinct functions: 1. Culture Shift: NZ Ski's Snowsports Schools are stacked with incredible resources, as instructors from all over the globe head to New Zealand for the off season. My job is to unite these diverse backgrounds into a common entity, teaching as one force. This is not easy- every instructor is loyal to their certifying organization, and instructors may often resemble their stereotypes when it comes to self-image. Recognizing value and channeling strengths into team results has been my greatest challenge, and most notable outcome.2: Data Utilization. Using pivot-tables, we have been able to take the volumes of information available from the NZSki DTL (Direct-to-Lift) system, and data surrounding our customer purchases, streamline our product offerings and larbor to revenue numbers. NPS are at an all time high.

Discern between classifications of Supplier, Sponsor, and Licensee, expanding the revenue opportunities for the national governing body of ski and snowboard competition. This was a fantastic role, interacting with manufacturers and the team to align objectives; a true partnership. Today, I look back on relationships that remain strong, and clear brand associations that I can cite as "something I did" on behalf of the sports I love.
