Here at Morgan Sindall my responsibilities are along with my CAD team, to create and update the Live Models for each project and we have up to 60 active Live Models at any one time.Working alongside the Survey Manager we have a degree of management of the survey suppliers and their deliverables whether they be Point Cloud, Revit, 2D or 3D AutoCAD files.I am responsible for the compliance of all model files and drawings issued to our client (HAL) for Morgan Sindall and all its subcontractors.I am responsible for ensuring the project located CAD users have the appropriate software and training and that software is set up correctly to allow them to perform their duties.Along with the Engineering manager I am working on Morgan Sindall’s BIM strategy using Revit, Navis Works

As Construction Supervisor for the installation of fire alarm, PAVA & network systems responsibilities included supervising, managing & directing site labour, progress updates in line with monthly applications, liaise & co-ordinate with 3rd party suppliers & Principle Contractor. Resolve technical issues with the design team, architects & client. Attending site & client meetings, oversee quality control, materials & equipment deliveries & produce the necessary handover paperwork to the clients satisfaction.

As Project Engineer/Manager for Hotchkiss Ltd on this AWE project. I was responsible for setting up the site for this new project. Production of all the site systems. ITP, technical submissions, HS&E, SSOW, COSHH, drawing production, ductwork manufacture & delivery in line with the ITP, management of site labour, testing & commissioning & ensuring the project ran to programme & to budget.

As Package Manager at Terminal 5C Heathrow responsible for the delivery from concept to handover of the following;Track Transit (TTS) Tunnel Vent Control System (TVCS) Phase 2, it’s installation & commissioning by Siemens specialist contractor & integration with the live airport which involved close co-operation with BAA Track Transit, life safety & operations teams. The sprinkler package consisting of managing Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions, the sprinkler design and installations ensuring the correct areas are covered & system test, commissioning & integration with T5A & B life safety & BMS systems.The lightning protection package installation by Omega Red Group, responsible for validating the design, managing the installations, testing and commissioning.The installation of all electrical containment to support BMS, fire alarm, lighting, power & specialist systems by Normech Electrical Systems.

At Terminal 4 Heathrow, I was responsibe for production & implementation of the MEP design & construction drawings for the stand modifications for gates 405 & 406 for the A380 & the new CIP lounge

Terminal 5A Heathrow.Initially part of the Hotchkiss CAD team responsible for production of design drawings moving to multi-services integration, coordination & detail ductwork drawings for manufacture & installation for the main T5A building & Energy Centre.During the completion stage of the project I produced comprehensive Excel & Word document reports for & working with the BAA Technical Leadership, Maintenance & Building Control resolving to completion motorised & fire damper access requirements.
