As an outgoing and energetic teacher, I have always been enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and skills with students, staff and the community. I have always believed that learning only occurs when the audience is actively involved in the learning process. I demonstrate my abilities to involve the audience through a dynamic presentation style filled with hands-on experiences, technology, humour, and enthusiasm, and I am excited to share these ideas with the community and staff of your school. I have been working as a math and science teacher for close to 20 years, and in those years I have successfully taught math and science from grade 6 all the way to grade 12. In my 20 years, I enjoyed developing and implementing course curriculum such the new math 9. I have also built and shaped a number of complementary courses such as my wildly successful robotics program and my video production classes. I am a strong supporter of technology in the classroom and I have always been in a leadership role in demonstrating the functionality and potential of technologies.
