Established a long overdue and vitally important technology certification department. Certification and testing of diverse Relius family of pension products for WinXP, Win Vista, Win7, Win8, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows Server 2012 operating system, and Terminal Server platforms using Oracle10g and 11g databases. Participate in development and creation of Oracle 10g/11g migration strategy. Creation and maintenance of an evolving test matrix and model for certification of installs and operating systems. Organize, modify and create support documentation including installation manuals, operation and backup guides, service pack releases and sales reference tools. Conduct manual and automated testing using a series of Virtual servers as well as a host of physical machines. Conduct performance testing relative to each of our desktop and ASP solutions to determine areas of concern and need of development. Primarily designed and conducted manual testing with addition of LoadRunner and HP-UFT in recent years. I reported all relevant findings in a precise, detailed and professional manner. General administrative duties relative to supervising group of skilled technology representatives. Serve as a mentor to direct subordinates, and other junior members of technology department. Interaction and support of ‘Offshore’ resources in Pune India and various remote US locations via WebEx, IM, etc. Serve a key role in management meetings relevant to customer service, product deployment, and technology direction. One of the few employees directly involved with all of our Relius product solutions.
