ConsultingSteven Wallace, MBA – Consultant, 1983 to present.Oracle Corporation: participated in development of the original Oracle Financials application, tested various RDBMS applications that we converted for the Oracle SQL Server platform.Evaluated hardware, operating systems, application software, and networking requirements for clients. Supervised the implementation of LANs, wide-area networks, and RDBMS apps. B-to-B Sales activity: Sold property management accounting systems, Novell, and various voice-response systems. Many more projects for smaller clients.Petersen & Company Consulting (previously Andersen Consulting): developed VMS document management systems. Developed a system analysis for major litigation support.Blue Cross Association, led projects to design, program, and document two major relational database management systems which (1) compute, analyze, and report operating performance and (2) report the status of national inter-plan claims, correspondence. Numerous other projects.Kemper-Zurich Financial (now Wells Fargo), Designed and developed several econometric models with EPS, a fourth-generation language, on the DRI mainframe. Configured a micro-based econometric system projected to save Kemper approximately $200,000 in annual time-sharing costs. Researched and reported on credit market trends for economists and portfolio managers.

Founded company and Managed origination of roughly $30 million/yr in residential mortgages, for VA & FHA, conventional, conforming and sub-prime lenders such as JPM Chase, BankAmerica, Washington Mutual, GMC Mortgage. From 1994-1998, as a licensed broker, I managed 6-9 full-time loan officers and 2-3 loan processors; also Implemented a proprietary computer system for mortgage processing to help achieve a "remote & paperless office" within Windows NT environment.
