Post my career break, I transitioned into a part-time role as an Operations Assistant in our family business, which specializes in small-scale vehicle finance and personal finance. In this capacity, I was responsible for managing data entry and accounts using Tally ERP, as well as maintaining communication with customers through phone calls to ensure prompt payments. This experience not only familiarized me with Tally ERP but also allowed me to refine my skills in Microsoft Excel, financial management, and customer relationship management. Overall, this role provided invaluable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and enhanced my skill set for future endeavors.

As part of the Operations team at Kingfish Group, I was pivotal in the deal flows that drove the company's operations. My day-to-day responsibilities encompassed various vital tasks:1) Conducting thorough research and analysis to create Competitive Landscapes and M&A Market Maps.2) Creating landscapes of 100+ companies, providing Private Equity partners with valuable support in understanding target markets and conducting M&A transactions.3) Developing Executive Slates and Internal Opportunity Summaries (IOS) to highlight the expertise of the company's executive network. I used advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, Index-Match-Match, and Query on Google Sheets to ensure accurate financial operations.5) Managing platform requests which involved updating contacts, sourcing data, and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) on Salesforce.6) Training and guiding both new and experienced Operations Associates, contributing to their professional growth and fostering team cohesion.
