• Plant in-charge for manufacturing of all types of E.O.T (Electrical overhead Travel) cranes, Goliath cranes, Semi-Goliath cranes, Jib cranes from material planning, fabrication, assembly, quality testing to final dispatch.• Handling team of efficient engineers and contractors for effective productive outcome.• Managing all shop floor activities including drawing issue to contractors, carrying out fabrication, assembly, planning of material and quality inspection of all types crane within given scheduled time.• Planning & Scheduling of raw material like MS Plates (IS 2062 GR- B), rolled steel, all bought out items like Gear box, motors, Thruster/magnetic (AC/DC) brakes, Limit switches(Roller/rotary/GLS), Bearings & couplings etc. for timely delivery of crane.• Day to Day progress monitoring & reporting to management and problem solving in execution of works. Also carrying out effective cost implementation of each item and making cutting plans for Ms steel plates.• Scheduling crane and equipment dates with priority & carrying out client inspection (IS 807 & IS 3177) of cranes as per approved ITP/ Quality Assurance Plan and GAD/WD. Also carrying out final painting and blasting inspection.• Knowledge of WPS, PQR for Welding Qualification as per AWS D1.1 & ASME Section IX.• Co-ordination with other department like core design, sales & marketing, purchase for smooth operation of work.• Weekly/Monthly contractor progress reviews, regular contractor functional reviews to expedite the work progress report and project progress against planned project scheduled delivery.• Monitoring implementation of the 5-S, Kaizen at plant.• Ensure effective management skill and discipline to ensure safe execution of the project.• Having completed projects of reputed clients like L&T, BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED,ISRO, AROMATIC IND LTD, RATNAMANI, PANGULF, IOCL, ADANI, MAN etc. in scheduled time and with quality.

• Planning & scheduling of day to day activities for execution of fabrication works.• Inspection at in process and final stage of structural material.• Day to day reporting and problem solving in execution of fabrication works.• Co-ordination with other department like purchase, Store and core design to arrange the required material as per drawing &controlling the materials required for construction work.• Monthly contractor project reviews (MOU contractors), regular contractor functional reviews to expedite the work progress report ,engineering and project progress against planned project budget & schedule.• Monitor delivery of permanent materials and ensure the quality product/consumables/material comply with requirement of established standards and specifications. • Good knowledge of WPS, PQR for Welding Qualification as per AWS D1.1 & ASME Section IX.• Implementation of the 5-S, Kaizen technique at site.• Preparation of 90 days Look-Ahead plan for the approval of safety PPE’s, Material tools and tackles for MOU contractors according to the Reliance norms and standards.• Material coordination which includes issue, return and transfer of materials through SAP MM module and create documents like MIN, MRN, BTN through S2S and P2P as per construction site requirement.• Maintaining the contractor staff to workmen ratio at Greenfield(1:10) & Brownfield(1:8) project and accordingly mobilizing or De-mobilizing contractor staff also final closure of the MOU contractor• Reconciliation of all consumables items of MOU contractors.

• Study of scope, contract document, GA drawings & Shop drawings.• Preparation of Periodic scope planning, Resource planning & Allocation, Scheduling for the work.• Daily / weekly / monthly progress monitoring.• Man power planning & Material planning and controlling for execution work.• Inspection of fit-up at in process and final stage & leading fabrication / erection activity.• Preparing Reconciliation statement for the structural material.• Responsibilities of Fabrication of Main Structure, Piping & Sub Structure of various components like girder, boom, columns, gantries, Girder EndConnecting pipe, Top frame pipe etc. of Ship to Shore (Unloader) Crane With the help of MHI drawings.• Responsibility for Assembly and Sub-Assembly of Gantry parts for STS Crane & Also Column assembly.• Knowledge of welding processes like SMAW, MIG, SAW also WPS and PQR for welder qualification as per AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX.• Preparing look ahead program & procurement planning.• Drawing controlling and issue to contractor/Shop, Quality Dept.• Co-ordination with the various departments & client for timely inputs to fulfill projects requirement.• Implementation of 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) on shop floor.
