As a Senior QA Test Engineer at TechMahindra, I am responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance of an E-Commerce web application for a global client. My role involves:=> Test Case Development & Execution: Designing, developing, and executing detailed test cases to ensure functionality, usability, and stability across the entire product lifecycle, from product purchase to order returns.=> Agile & Scrum Practices: Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.=> Internationalization (i18n) and Accessibility (A11y) Testing: Ensuring the application is compliant with internationalization standards and meets accessibility (A11y) guidelines to cater to a diverse, global user base.=> Client Communication & Collaboration: Acting as the primary point of contact for onsite clients, facilitating clear and effective communication from requirement gathering through to successful feature releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.=> Team Leadership & Workload Distribution: Leading a team of QA engineers by assigning daily priorities, managing workloads, and providing guidance to optimize productivity and ensure quality deliverables.My role demands strong attention to detail, collaborative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling smooth coordination between cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
