Accountable for managing various tasks on a daily basis to ensure the successful opening of new stores, effective stock planning & maintaining various parameters in SAP. Our primary focus is on driving and managing Replenishment for new stores by devising and executing well-defined strategies and operational plans to achieve our business objectives.Ensuring that critical NSO parameters such as store Rounding profile, DC Plano, Listing, Lead Time, Purchase Group, MBQ, MRP, and BOD are accurately and promptly updated in SAP ERP system.Ensure all FNR Parameters are maintained correctly like Store Start date, Replenishment start date, Reference forecast copy until date and making the NSO live in FNR for planning with Reference store and Uplift % for NSO in sync with regional business managers.Coordinate with Planners for Creation of Purchase orders (POs) and expedite delivery of POs & Coordinate with Smart Merchandise Team and Planners to identify Vendor delete lines of NSOs.Constantly monitor system replenishment and ensure in stock is 95% for NSOs & Share daily stock status report of NSO to relevant stakeholders.Plan STOs (Store Transfer Orders) and ISTs (Inter store transfer) to help fill the stores. Also includes coordination with DC managers and transport department for vehicle plans and calculations. Daily monitoring of DC dispatch pendency and GRN pending at store.Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that promo articles featured in leaflets are consistently in stock at the NSOs.Pushing stocks from DC to store based on the sales data for NSO which is operational (launched) in order to maintain store's line fill rate.Implementing strategies to efficiently liquidate excess inventory planned for NSOs to prevent stock build-up or excess inventory.

To analyze customer demand , sales forecast & historical demand to keep desired level of inventory.To manage supply chain & creation and management of POs in SAP & analysis of demand planning in JDA software.To maintain desired level of inventory as per demand.Negotiation with suppliers for on time delivery & order changes to meet demand requirements.To identify the root cause of shortage & resolve shortage to fulfill required demand.On time preparation of necessary documents for weekly meeting with partners.Effective management of relationship between supplier and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Timely issuance of POs to vendors through BAAN (ERP).Follow up with supplier for order confirmation within TAT & co ordination for on time delivery, payment to supplier.Coordinate with internal business partner and supplier for PO changes. To identify Shortages and excess & implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in execution of procurement processes.To solve any invoice discrepancy & AP issues of invoices through TITAN tool.Negotiating with supplier for pull in, push out & cancellation of orders according to demand variation to avoid access inventory.Coordinating with IQA team to avoid any quantity related issues. On time completion of shortage report and supply & demand reports.To identify root cause of shortage and fulfil the demands by due diligence activity. To maintain supplier database.To get quotes from distributors & approval for quotes from planner.Continuous improvement in managing desired level of Inventory.
