The system encompasses a CRM platform, an online booking portal, and white-labeled hybrid mobile applications.As the Technical Team Lead, I spearheaded the end-to-end software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and enhancements. I provided technical guidance, set project milestones, and ensured seamless coordination to meet project goals and deadlines.Under my leadership, the team achieved remarkable milestones, including the successful integration of CRM functionalities, streamlining customer relationship management processes for improved efficiency and productivity. Additionally, we developed an intuitive online booking portal, empowering customers to easily schedule and manage their service requests.In this role, I oversaw the successful implementation of multiple payment gateways within the Fieldd Software Management System. This crucial enhancement allowed our clients' customers to conveniently make payments, while also enabling us to set up recurring charges for our valued customers.One of our key accomplishments was the creation of white-labeled hybrid mobile applications, enabling field service providers to offer branded and user-friendly apps to their customers. I took the initiative to automate the app development process, resulting in a significant reduction in overall development time.
