Throughout my career, I have actively contributed web and software resources and data to significant projects such as NIH Roadmap Epigenomics, ClinGen, GA4GH, and the International Human Epigenome Consortium. Additionally, resources that I have developed or coordinated development for are integral to critical projects like ENCODE, ClinVar, CIViC, and the ExRNA consortium. This collaborative work has resulted in impactful contributions recognized and published in reputable journals.I have had the privilege of closely working with and learning from leaders in bioinformatics, medical genetics, evidence-based genomic medicine, and data coordination centers. These experiences have taught me the value of collaboration and the importance of building maintainable resources as a team.
