Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Hiring and Onboarding SpecialistPerform pre-employment verifications (background and credit checks)Accurately input in a timely manner new hires information into ADP to ensure credentials for employees. Completion of I-9 audit and ensure compliance through the E-Verify application and ADP E I-9 management. Produce offer letters for every new hire, as well as sending offer letters such as demotions, promotions, and transfers.Process background checks for every candidate and ensures that they meet the company’s policies.Update all documentation of I-9’s, signed company policies, onboarding documentation files for each hire to comply with legal and company requirements.Process employment documentation through E-Verify to ensure the company is compliant with all I-9 requirements.Conduct checks of driving record in motor vehicle department for roles which require driving.Maintain individual personnel folder in ADP for each new hire to comply with legal and company requirements.Continuous support system for managers with E-Verify compliance cases and onboarding processes.

Partners with department leaders to identify training needs for new hires and existing employeesSupporting new hires classes on a regular basisModifies teaching style to accommodate the many different learning techniques that may presentin new hires and current employees. (i.e. Role-Playing exercises, Simulations, Team Exercises,Videos).Working with internal Quality Assurance team to conduct informal/formal training needsassessments, identify training gaps and drive improvements to the training curriculum and ordelivery.Support in creating, implementing, and maintaining training materials.Understands and embraces the business and call center operations strategic direction.
