Current - GTTSI / Contract training with ILT at Cooper Nuclear Station. Previously on loan to Millstone Power Station June 10 through December 2013 working with Operations and Training. Responsible for improving Operations non-licensed field performance directly reporting to Operations management and Site VP. Dominion Resources Kewaunee (Station Check Operator) responsible for Operator performance improvement. Requested to travel primarily to fleet stations to perform and report to Operations CFAM, Site VP, and Operations Managers. Previous to this assignment, I was the Operations Specialist in Nuclear oversight. Responsibilities included development and performance of assessments, Areas for Improvement and support of the QA auditing process in a support role as an assessor. During this 4 year tenure, 8 months was spent in a dual role as Oversight Manager and Specialist overseeing the QA and QC groups at Kewaunee. Report interface with executive and station management. Initially employed and certified SRO with Instructor Certification at Kewaunee in Operations Training. Responsibilities as a lead instructor included Initial License Training and the Shift Manager Program lead. Experienced in examination development and simulator instruction. Previous experience - Licensed BWR SRO and Shift Manager at Clinton power Station from 1978 to 2001. This was during construction and operation (1986 fuel load) of the facility. In 1999, I moved to Operations Work Control and was responsible for risk management and scheduling for both on-line and shutdown conditions.US Navy -1972 through 1978Reactor Operator and Engineering Watch Supervisor.
