Led a team of 8 aviators and 15 maintenance personnel dedicated to data collection, survey, and analysis in support of dynamic multifaceted operations worldwide.• Planned, directed, and oversaw all training and operations of all personnel resulting in the department being chosen to travel internationally to train allied military counterparts with our specific organizational methodologies• Utilized GIS imagery tools through the Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) in conjunction with Falconview and PFPS to plan reconnaissance and security operations and develop proactive and reactive plans for approaching challenges within the area of operations.• Conducted aviation missions with onboard FLIR imagery and remote FMV from auxiliary UAS assets such as RQ-7B V2 Shadow and MQ-1C Gray Eagle to increase reconnaissance reach and survivability.• Led the department during two large-scale multi-national military projects in Southeast Asia and Australia including planning and executing over 20 projects in concert with allied counterparts. • Created and delivered regular presentations to senior leadership; was ultimately chosen for senior liaison opportunities as SME for strategic planning and execution processes with C level executives and senior support staff. • Procured equipment, supplies, and materials in hazardous, remote areas of Southeast Asia to supplement logistical shortfalls and to identify and lead inventive solutions to complex problems• Managed a global property book across multiple continents consisting of sensitive equipment, aircraft, combat vehicles, and ground support machinery valued over $300M, while maintaining zero losses
