As a student at Norwich University, I am a recruit in the Corps of Cadets and a Naval ROTC Midshipman 4/C, pursuing a career as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO). My academic focus spans Mechanical Engineering, Naval Science, and Leadership, where I am developing proficiency in CAD, project management, organization, and calculus.Through my time in Scouting and leadership roles, I earned the rank of Eagle Scout, graduated in the top 5% of my high school class with an Associate's degree, received the President's Service Award, and achieved Vigil Honor in the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. These experiences have refined my ability to lead others, solve complex problems, and tackle challenges with a disciplined and reliable approach.I believe, as Aristotle once said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” With a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development, I aim to apply these principles both in the classroom and in service to the Navy.I thrive in fast-paced environments that require both critical thinking and team collaboration.
