Develop proposals in response to RFPs for administering certification and licensing examinations for federal and state government agencies, non-profit associations, and corporations, and proposals for GED Testing Service LLC (GEDTS) to administer state high school equivalency testing. Have worked on proposals to Pearson VUE's largest clients, including Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
