I'm a machine minder with 23 years experience in the litho printing industry. My make ready and run times are extremely excellent. I've completed a fault finding course which helps me to eliminate problems as quick as possible. Thus allowing me to run my machine to maximum capacity. I do my own servicing and part replacement of machines, which saves the company a lot of money and time. From the time I ran the 8 and 10 colour machines I had 90% client passes.
