I have dedicated my career to performance excellence as a construction project manager. I have more than twenty years of experience in residential and commercial construction – from renovations to out of the ground residential/ commercial/ institutional construction projects. I joined the team at Gould & Company in Boston, MA in 2003, and was retained by Faros in the 2011 merger –to continue leading large-scale multi-million dollar projects. During my tenure with Faros, I developed knowledge and skills in every aspect of commercial construction, serving essentially as a General Contractor for high-end, time-sensitive projects for top clients, and was often managing projects at multiple sites including: New York, Boston, and Pittsburgh. I believe the most effective leaders lead by example, drive their team’s culture, share the company’s vision, improve daily and stay humble and hungry. I am passionate about the business, driven, energetic, and excited by a challenge, and I can roll up my sleeves to get the job done and to motivate others to operate similarly.
