Achieving sales target for both individual and store target• Working closely with store manager to implement store SOP and giving a good example to the team• Preparing the daily and weekly report; sales report, appointment feedback report, conversion rate report, payment reconciliation report, sales & communication report, etc• In charge of Ready To Wear department (Monitoring the sell-thru & display, being responsible of the sales and merchandise buying process). In charge as BeDior store ambassador (being a part of CDM department and take the lead to monitoring the CDM activities in store)• Handling in-store after sales service (being responsible to handle in-store repair or Submitting to repair center in Hongkong through internal system)

- Opening team for Superdry Grand Indonesia- Lead and motivate the team to increase their performance in achieving store target and goals- Put the right staff in the right task - Working very closely with Area Manager to implement company regulation and goals- Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly report including Sales report, Quantity sold, Sell thru, etc.- Conduct in-store training regarding SOP and product knowledge refreshment.- Conduct daily briefing- Working with merchandising team regarding the stock flow and availability.- Solve store operational problems effectively

- Achieving personal and store sales target- Handle special requests such as in-store repairs & hot-stamping- Person In Charge for Women's Ready To Wear (2012)-Person In Charge for Men's Ready To wear (Incl. Maintaining stock room and display for Men's area, Sales and feedback weekly report, and conducting for Men's RTW introduction in daily briefing)- Member of Store Client Developing Management team- Partner with the team towards achieving store goals.
