Duties and Obligation :1. To overall monitor the project management for Tool Management System (TMS). 2. To set up proper procedure, administration procurement process, and monitor it. 3. To provide administration support, and work with team on reporting, scheduling, store, quality control, vending machines running in proper way. 4. To work with German team on the continual improvement on optimizes solutions/tooling improvement. 5. To work with team providing technical support/trouble shooting to the customers when required 6. To work with German IT team to ensure the IT and networking supporting for the tool vending machine 7. To set up/participant in weekly/monthly etc review meetings with customers and work out the working plan base on the review 8. Develop strategy to grow the market in TMS field and execute it together with team. 9. To provide support for Guhring Indonesia market when there is TMS opportunities.

Manage material auditor for raw material use in cement production, Asset, Sparepart and Machine Tools for support.Conduct a production planning and inventory control for various department.Maintain inventory control level for each raw material and sparepart for each department - production, civil project, heavy vehicles, logistic,dispatch, etc.Maintain and provide purchase planning for each material asset,sparepart and tools for each department.Control and cost auditing each asset and sparepart used for various deparment.Conduct and maintain opname for raw materials and general warehouse stock level.

Manage the Company’s Materials Asset and Inventory in Oil and Gas Services.Responsible in issuing materials,sparepart and others tools. Receiving and checking incoming and outgoing materials used in Drilling Projects.

Preparing requisition for materials and sparepart used in Rig and Drilling program also support responsibility in Oil Production. Responsible in issuing materials,sparepart and others tools. Receiving and checking incoming and outgoing materials used in drilling and productions. Provide the recommedations logistic strategy, work in SCM in movement process of materials and equipment and inventory tracking sheets. Manage inventory sytems and checking periodically reports to field superintendent and operation manager.

Production Support responsible in Product Quality by Controlling and providing all Production needs, such as Materials, ink, papers. Responsible for any mechanical problems used in production machines. Coordinate materials supply chain and pabrications needs.
