Currently responsible for layout, installation, repair and preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment, power and lighting systems in the facility including motors, generators, transformer controls and mechanisms, timing devices, switches, cable and conduits. This includes connections to electronic equipment or the installation and repair of any electrical equipment. Assemble and test motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, motors, solenoids, and any other electrical equipment or components. Diagnose causes of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.Qualifications:Experience working from blueprints, drawings, layouts and other specifications.Electrical experience supporting manufacturing operations to locate and diagnose trouble in electrical control systems or equipment.Experience with replacing broken or defective parts in equipment or machines, electrical equipment and tooling.Experience with PLC (programmable logic controller) programming and troubleshooting; (experience with Allen Bradley(RSLogix 5000, 500, 5, 3), Telemechanique, Square D, Fanuc, Concept logic).Experience replacing, adjusting, altering and maintaining welding guns, cylinders, cables, tips, holders, adaptors, transformers and any electrical or mechanical devices pertaining to welding operations, automatic or manual.Experience with industrial controls, conveyance systems, sub-stations, motor control centers, power distribution panels, electrical starters, variable frequency drives(VFDs).Strong mechanical aptitude including knowledge and troubleshooting experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.Experienced with robotics; programing, electrical and mechanical repair (Fanuc, Nachi, AAB).Strong computer skills.Experience with Laser Braze controls and robotics.Experience with computerized maintenance systems.Experience with networking, troubleshooting network controls and equipment.
