• Served as first contact for people reaching out to the OU Athletic Ticket Office regarding a wide array of questions that include, ticket sales, scheduling, ticket problems, IT questions, and general OU athletic questions• Conducted ticket sales for athletic events• Attended athletic events for 11 different ticketed sports and aided guests in a wide amount of services that include, will call, reprinting tickets, and other general questions about the game.• Office duties that included, calling season ticket holders, mail, answering phone calls, printing tickets, and other projects around the office.

• Assisted the Director of Food and Beverages for the West Virginia Power.• Helped getting the orders for our suites ready, by getting the menus to our cooks, getting the food out, and making the food. • In charge of the group experience we had for our games. This would include setup, and tear down of all tables, warmers, and food we used. During the game I would help keep the food and drinks stocked, and made sure the guests were having a great time. • During off days I would help with orders, and stocking our storage. Deep cleaned our concessions, concourse, and making the beer stands look presentable. • Helped make our per-cap that was around 7.5 dollars at the start of the season, go to 9.7 dollars by the time I left.

• Served as a contact for Kellogg’s, and the stores we worked with. Meeting with the sales manager, or floor manager to make sure our products were on the floor.• Worked trucks that would range from 50 to 200 boxes. This would include stocking shelves, displays, and back stock.• Created displays for the floor, and made sure they were fully stocked and presentable.
