I have an intrinsic passion to help people. At this stage of my life, I am centered around helping people who find themselves in a job transition or looking for their first job. My personal motto is “making the job search less sucky.” I use the skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise gained from over years of managing, coaching, and mentoring employees coupled with my own experience of being laid off and out of work for 18-months. I offer individual career coaching and Career Transition & Career Essentials workshops to churches and organizations. I also utilize various assessments to help individuals find careers that match their passions and other assessments to help companies hire the best-fit candidates. I have an MBA in Technology Management and a Project Management certification from George Washington University, am a certified professional instructor, Career Direct Consultant, and a TTI Success Insights Certified provider to go along with my experience in management, system development; IT infrastructure planning, and implementation; process improvement; Human Factors; GUI design; professional education and training; and general management.

As Executive Vice President, Ron ran the day to day operations of Spidell Publishing, a California based company providing support to Tax professionals. This included but was not limited to seminar operations, customer service, sales and marketing, event planning, vendor management, finance and budget management, IT, warehouse logistics, human resources, special projects and general operations. This small company gave him the opportunity to add to his management/operations experience and breadth of industries that now encompass large companies such as AT&T, mid size companies such as Gateway, FNIS, RSM EquiCo and now to small size companies as well.

Ron managed three distinct groups responsible for all logistical operations, project management, process management, supply management, material fulfillment, conference planning, database operations, quality control, data integrity and reporting for the Business Development business unit.

As the Sr. Manager, Ron was responsible for directing four diverse groups (Customer Experience, Content Management, Mechanical Engineering and Design Validation Testing) comprised of over 40 technical managers and employees with a combined budget in excess of $5M.

As Initiative Manager, Ron directed a P&L center responsible for the overall management of infrastructure, client server, LAN/WAN network installation, supply chain management, project management, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and vendor management for four distinct operating company organizations.
