I am a fresh graduate from Questrom School of Business, concentrating on management organizations and operations. From a young age, I have always been fascinated with the world of business, especially with how unique people with different personalities and expertise could work together in one establishment.When my brother and I started an online business, it was one of the first steps toward learning how to manage people and oversee operations. I have been familiarizing myself with the office setting from a young age, monitoring accounting statements, performing quality checks, and archiving data. These responsibilities provided me with insight into how a business can run and revealed to me the diverse problems that can arise from poor communication and inefficient policy from both management and operations. Trying to solve throughput time and analyzing capacity utilization are some soft skills that I learned from this experience.
