I help clients reach their audiences with the right messages. At the Department of Transportation’s Office of the Chief Information Officer, I developed a strategy brief framework to ensure the office started the design process with their goals in mind. The template helped ensure the office spoke with “one voice” in both words and images. I also created branding and style guidelines for presentations and documents to help keep the office’s look and feel consistent across all communications. My responsibilities include graphic design, writing, editing.
