- Manage the work processes and the work of one or more of the human resources division functions.- Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources division including interpretation of policies, and decision-making in reply to questions and requests for assistance. - Collaborate with the classification and compensation staff on offers of employment, requests for statistical reports and information, training programs, annual survey and budget planning projects.- Monitor employment activities for effectiveness and compliance with court, state and federal rules, regulations and guidelines.- Coordinate the formulation, implementation, and maintenance of internal office procedures for recruitment and selection.

Responsible for providing professional level services primarily in the area of recruitment and selection for divisions within the court. Assists division directors, managers and supervisors by coordinating the recruitment and selection activities for court positions. Responds to inquiries from employees and the public regarding employment opportunities and career advancement within the court. Represents the court at meetings, seminars, job fairs, and other occasions. Provides some training of recruitment/selection procedures to court personnel as required. Assists with various human resources projects as assigned.

Manage and coordinate with the hiring manager in the recruitment and selection process: coordinating screening and testing activities, compliance, and salary/equity guidelines, and conducts onboarding activities. Administer the applicant tracking system; providing direction and assistance to end users. Administer Town's leaves of absences and other benefit related programs. Assist in the coordination of creating and updating job descriptions and the alignment with comp and class factors.
