I am an engineering/project manager with 20+ years of experience in the energy / pipeline industry (on- and offshore). During my career, my experience developed from research to engineering and project management, leading to a current interest to combine engineering and management in a dynamic environment.Recent Projects:• Nigeria-Morocco Gas PipelineEngineering Manager for a FEED project comprising a ~7,000 km pipeline system from Nigeria to Morocco, app. 5,000 km offshore and 2,000 km onshore with several compressor stations. As Engineering Manager responsible for a team of engineers that are tasked to complete a design package for an EPC Tender, enabling the client to make the final investment decision and bring the project to the execution phase.• COOEC HKLNG Deep Trenching StudyProject Manager for a study project to lower an installed 24-inch gas pipeline to a cover depth of 8 metres below seabed. Study was performed with a small team of internal and external experts; scope comprised soil data analysis, slope stability assessments, pipeline integrity assessment, equipment selection and risk assessment.• TurkStream Offshore PipelineEngineering Manager for a FEED project comprising two ~930km long 32-inch natural gas pipelines from Russia to Turkey, including a Receiving Terminal. Leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers that developed a design package for EPC tender, also providing support for ESIA development and permit applications. Upon FEED completion, transitioned to a coordinating role within Client organization during the EPC and Commissioning phase of the project.
