However, my niche surfing niche blog took off back in 2015, which led me down a path of traveling and surf journalism. Of course, I finished my Master's and I have never regretted it because it really shaped my way of thinking and asking questions.When I started sharing my surf journalism, social media was still very new. Thanks to my ever and eternal omnipresence online, I've learnt a lot about how people communicate and what medium to apply. Mix that with my scientific background and a very creative brain and you get me. Over the course of the last 9 years I've been lucky to have worked with a lot of different clients on developing concepts, creating verbal identities/writing/copy/editing, social media, PR + communication, shooting & editing video, photography, podcasting and all of their accompanying creative strategies.I'm able to wear a lot of different hats to get the job done. However, if I have to sum it up, I'm mainly into creative concepting, strategies & production with a focus on online.I've done many cool projects with clients in fields like art + culture + sports + fashion + music + science. When COVID-19 hit, renowned Italian sand sculpture artist Leonardo Ugolini was forced to stay home like any one of us. While normally traveling the world to create commissioned sand sculptures, he now had all the time in the world. Leonardo came to me to ask advice for social media. Out of it followed concepts, formats and strategies for his then brand new channels.Now, a couple years down the road, I manage all Leonardo’s business opportunities, marketing, PR and communication endeavours.
