• Design and develop computer hardware and test software for embedded computing test solutions• Establish test processes and capability installed at Zhongshan Plant to Penang Plant as part of the product acquisition and transfer• Set-up and commission functional tester and burn-in chambers for embedded computing products• Create debug test work instruction, VAR, checklist for functional and burn-in test operation• Mentor Test Engineers and Technicians to familiarize with embedded computing products and functional testers that includes methods of operation and know how• Lead on projects that drives to improve product, process, yield, quality and cost• Support NPI process for new product’s transition to mass production• Liaise with the internal engineering team, US counterpart, India counterpart, FA/Debug group and outside service lab to identify failure root cause• Work with internal FA team and US counterpart to support customer response related matters

• Support line transfer from Laguna, Philippines to Zhongshan City, China in the year 2011-2012 with the task of conducting product trainings on embedded computing products to China local engineers and technicians • Developed scripts for CPU emulator tool used for fault finding for particular embedded computing product platforms (ATCA, CPCI, PMC, and VME) which has Intel CPU chipsets and Motorola CPU chipsets• Supports testing and failure analysis of new products (NPI) through coordinating with hardware and software design engineers from different design sites (USA, Germany, Philippines) during early stages of product development.• Maintain daily work report and feedback on issues encountered to the corresponding organization members like SMT, Quality, Test, and Production for product quality improvement.• Supervised a group of debug technicians in charge of the repair of manufacturing fall-outs of various embedded computing products.
