Lead, communicate, and collaborate with over 300 hourly and salaried associates about operations, merchandising, and company initiatives. Model, demonstrate, and enforce customer service standards. Plan and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plans to reduce facility inventory shrinkage. Ensure compliance with company policies to support mission, values, along with standards of ethics and integrity. Maintain inventory levels, effective merchandising, and assessment of economic and community trends. Supervise daily eCommerce omni-channel operations.
