Oversee all the activities and managing all moving assets (tractors & reefers) temperature, reefer, vehicle tracking, fuel reading and extensive reports, in-depth analysis and records archiving process using developed one plat form Telematics system. Interpret financial data and estimate costs, an adherence to safety policies and regulations. Ensure that all deliveries arrive on schedule and in good condition, and keep the cost of operations and fleet of delivery vehicles as low as possible. Coordination of planned dispatches are delivered against the schedule, actions are taken to ensure the scheduled arrival time to the depot and return to Central Processing Plant adhere to the plan in a safe and compliant manner while continually focusing on cost.
