As the Country Manager at Intangles Lab Pvt. Ltd., I have over 10 years of experience in managing and growing operations, logistics, and fleet management businesses in various markets. I have a strong background in telematics, a field that applies information and communication technologies to monitor and optimize the performance of vehicles and drivers.My mission is to promote the benefits and uses of telematics within the company and the industry, and to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I oversee all aspects of operations, including information gathering, project planning and execution, budgeting, risk management, external collaboration, reporting, and training. I also lead and mentor a team of technical trainers, driver instructors, operations staff, and external contractors, ensuring world-class customer experience and quality standards. Additionally, I am responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy and the roadmap for customer and vendor acquisition on the fleet platform. I maintain a strong relationship with clients and vendor partners, and I represent the company as the face of telematics in the market.
