About Ronald Menna

Companies and individuals come to me when they encounter business problems, from breaches of contract, to partnership disputes, to seeking or preventing injunctions. Clients also turn to me when they are unhappy with the results from state and federal trial courts. My primary areas of practice are commercial litigation and chancery actions, and I represent a wide variety of individuals and corporate clients, as well as banks, corporate fiduciaries and individuals in guardianship proceedings. While litigation is rarely in a client’s best interest, should it ensue I will zealously advocate for my clients, while remaining mindful of the nuances of each situation.

    Ron Menna has been elected to the Board of Directors for the DuPage Bar Foundation after having been active in the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA) for many years. The purpose of the Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the DCBA, is to foster and maintain the honor and integrity of the profession of law; to improve and facilitate the administration of justice; to assist deserving members of the DCBA and their dependents who are ill, incapacitated or superannuated. The Foundation also supports our community through grants to local non-profit organizations, and scholarships awarded to law students with a connection to DuPage County to help the high cost of obtaining a legal degree.
