• Lead the Test System support, remediation, and deployments for ALL Stryker International Service Centers in 20+ countries, managing tasks for technicians and other test engineers at the project level, including technical and quality reviews of deliverables for Equipment Qualification • Re-designed, built, qualified, and deployed over 100+ Custom Test Equipment to 20+ Stryker international service centers, demonstrating innovation in the ability to solve existing problems in current test system designs and provide improved software or electrical solutions• Delivered fixtures in a fast pace environment to meet our Domestic Service Depot needs on the floor and customers (hospitals) in the field through to complete over 100 system builds and repairs • Provided prompt customer service for 20+ countries to keep their equipment running and in compliance with Stryker’s quality system including catering to daily inquiries such as quote requests, calibration items, line downs or repairs, preventative maintenance, remote trainings, protocol executions, equipment moves, and shipments • Significantly reduced build cost and build time by creating a budget and cost allocation process with Finance in order to build stock test systems (instead of building to order), based on forecasted future orders• Developed and maintained outstanding relationships with customers and all departments (20+ International Service Depots, Domestic Service Depot, Field Service, Finance, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Validation, Suppliers, Sourcing, Distribution, Calibration Lab, Production, etc.) involved in the Equipment Qualification process, thus resulting in a strong and multicultural network• Created and released a cross functional custom test equipment ordering and calibration processes, to standardize and streamline incoming equipment orders/calibrations and manage existing projects
