I worked with clients from both the public and private sectors completing daily tasks which included,• Surveying and Setting Out – Using robotic total stations and GPS equipment I was tasked with setting out and surveying various elements,• Project Planning – Management of working squads on a daily basis, reviewing outputs and benchmarking,• Measurement – Undertaken daily to order materials for works to be completed and final works measures for activities completed by sub-contractors,• Health and Safety Management – Responsible for the welfare of all workers on site. I completed toolbox talks, site inductions, method statements and risk assessments,• Contract Management – Application for payments, review and alteration of the contract programme and direct negotiation with suppliers and sub-contractors.
