Overseeing of construction of all concrete structures including basements all subsequent floors, suspended slabs, Structural walls column's and stairs. Responsibilities include the following:• Ensuring all work schedules adhered to or adjusted accordingly with project manager.• Measuring volumes and ordering concrete as and when required• Liaise with all trades (electricians, carpenters, steel fixers etc) on location of services, positioning of proposed services and conflicts.• Meeting with general contractor to clarify aspects of jobs as and when needed in writing and verbal communication.• Managing a team for laying out all aspects of concrete structure using Total Station, Dumpy level, automatic laser and other equipment as needed.
