Hume City Council and the Victorian Government have a 20-year plan to sustainably manage growth and change in the Broadmeadows Activities Area. State Government investment will help Broadmeadows Activities Area reach its potential as a vibrant centre of community activity where people can live, work, study and socialise.Broadmeadows Activities Area will also help support the growth and development of the Hume Employment Corridor and Growth Area more broadly.

Barrhead - Glasgow

Barrhead is a traditional industrial town on the south western edge of the greater Glasgow conurbation that experienced decades of industrial decline. 'Better Barrhead' is a 10 year, £100m regeneration plan to create a place that meets the needs of its residents and businesses, and also of potential investors. The overall aim is to ensure a prosperous future by creating new jobs, building new facilities and creating new public places.
