Currently Ronan is managing a Financial operations program of projects around process improvement and system alignment for a government agency. With a team of 7 and rollout to an organisation of 700, Ronan has successfully managed the co-ordination of multiple projects across different business units, whilst also managing the significant change within the organisation. This has resulted in significant process efficiencies for the agency allowing business users to concentrate on more value adding tasks.He has also been involved in developing the team involved in this program of work, resulting in the establishment of a "Continuous improvement unit". To do this he has created the business plan to develop the unit from project management service providers into a continuous improvement unit to create a learning organisation. He did this by reviewing case studies and best practice papers deciding on a recommendation for the NTMA. Previous projects include:• Implementation of a Treasury Risk management system for the National Treasury Management Agency. Included system alignment, software development, change management and system installation /configuration• Project Management for the design and implementation of a financial consolidation project for a large Multinational company in the construction sector, with roll out across the EMEA division. Included software development (on shore and off shore), staged roll out and process improvement.• Project Manager on a consultation project to define a Data strategy for a large government agency in the Information service sector. Included system assessment , data discovery, process documentation, requirements gathering at user and CEO level.• Data discovery project for a large Multinational telecoms company.• Project Manager for a Roll out and planning of a SQL migration project for a large financial company.• Large Office building construction project.• Large Retail building construction project.
