I have worked in the digital, marketing, communications and IT industries for 24 years. A vastly experienced digital innovator and people leader, I have proven experience introducing and implementing multi-award-winning content, communications, marketing, social media, analytics, research, technology and online advertising strategies for large organisations.After joining KPMG in January 2000, I spent almost 13 years building the firm’s external and internal digital presence from the ground up. I joined AIB as Online Content Manager in November 2012, where I developed and implemented a groundbreaking digital B2B content strategy for the small-medium enterprises (SME) market. I joined Central Bank of Ireland in October 2016 – initially as Senior Content Editor before taking up the position of Content & Insights Manager in December 2017. In my current role, I lead a 12-person team of experienced digital experts who are reinventing how the organisation communicates through its external digital channels. My team’s remit encompasses digital channel management, content development, insights, brand, design, web publishing, social media, public research, video production, advertising and translation. We’re building significant in-house capability within our team and within the organisation while retaining a laser focus on collaboration, quality and efficiency.
