I have successfully managed teams of engineers, analysts, and program managers who provide global support to field sales and customer enablement teams, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.My core competencies include field sales enablement, competitive intelligence, information security, and pre-sales engineering. I have a strong background in information security, having worked as an analyst, investigator, and engineer for the Department of Defense and ArcSight, a leading security software company. I have also taught information security courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
