Having sold over $15M in NAVIS/Revinate products and services (the most in the history of either company), I'm now using my years of enterprise technology sales and hotel/resort leadership experience, to assist with onboarding, training and coaching our sales and SDR teams. I also assist our brand marketing and product teams with content and user perspective. I continue to enjoy helping companies leverage Revinate technology, best practices and business coaching. The property offered 220 guestrooms and suites, 30,000 s.f. state-of-the-art convention center, Robert Muir Graves designed championship golf course, 3- restaurants, live-entertainment river front nightclub, Crossings prime steakhouse. Assisted in the market analysis, design and opening of the $20M convention center.

When I was hired as GM, the resort was coming out of a financial reorganization. Cash flow was a problem, employee morale was at an all time low, condo owners were selling at a loss and unhappy, and guests were not returning. Getting the resort back to a profitable and successful position was the greatest challenge of my professional life. It was hard, but very very rewarding. Seventh Mountain Resort is a destination condominium resort in Bend, Oregon. Bordered by the Deschutes National Forest and Mt. Bachelor, Seventh Mountain Resort is a magnificent family vacation retreat and Oregon's ultimate vacation playground. Seventh Mountain offers luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness facility, an ice skating rink and endless outdoor activities such whitewater rafting tours, eco-friendly hikes, and snowmobiling tours. Seventh Mountain Resort offers a complimentary shuttle to Mt. Bachelor during ski season and exciting Oregon vacation packages.

General Manager of the Red Lion Hotel in Eureka, California. During this time the hotel had the second highest occupancy rate in the chain for 2-years in a row. During this time the hotel also had the highest operating profit increase from the previous year twice.

During my first 5 years with Red Lion, I was a Front Office Manager, Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director and Rooms Division Manager. I worked at Red Lion Hotels in Redding, CA., Sacramento, Ca. and assisted in opening other Red Lion Hotels in California.
