I joined Pioneer in 1992 to facilitate their equity investments in, and entertainment related transactions with, equity investees Carolco Pictures, Inc. and LIVE Entertainment Inc. I transferred to LIVE Entertainment, a publicly traded, independent worldwide motion picture production and distribution company with sales in excess of $150 million. In 1994 I joined LIVE from parent Pioneer to provide integrated business management over a staff of 30 employees across the areas of finance, accounting, royalties and information systems. LIVE Entertainment was sold to Artisan Entertainment in late-1997.
