As the chargeback coordinator, it is my responsibility to coordinate the necessary trainings surrounding the case management services provided by the corporation. In serving as the chargeback coordinator, I utilize these training environments to leverage the best practices of the company, and to facilitate an enhanced understanding of state policies and regulations. Additionally, I ensure that the overall compliance standards are met and achieved based off of human resource, safety, and benefits goals. Furthermore, it is my obligation to handle retention and chargeback inquiries for a diverse group of merchants both locally and nationally. As an extension to my clearly structured duties, I also serve as the liaison for new employees. Within this additional role, I provide guidance and technical support across diverse sectors that instruct and assist new employees in their knowledge base surrounding accommodations, strategic planning, and the logistics of managing multiple groups of diverse clients.

Responsible for selling merchandise, replenishment of the stockroom, driving conversion, and maintaining average daily sales for hourly segments.
