My primary goal of this leadership role is to introduce solutions that enhance the Marketing and Communication department’s efficiency and effectiveness to execute world-class integrated marketing solutions at scale, within an incredibly fast paced, transformative, and dynamic health care system.I create standardized operational processes, workflows and procedures, operating as a cross-functional departmental leader and partner, working alongside department leadership, plan directors, plan owners and strategic channel owners to collaboratively to develop integrated marketing plans from the initial brainstorming and discovery phase, through planning, implementation/production and launch. My team and I manage project plans, production timelines to ensure the successful execution of high priority enterprise campaigns, projects and programs.

Manage and provide strategic and tactical guidance to the web team responsible for content publishing and web production for Baystate Health’s internal and external websites and social media channels. Led the redesign of www.Baystatehealth.org, and creation of BHannualreport.org, and Providers.baystatehealth.org. Create and manage project plans to ensure the development and timely delivery of website enhancements. Utilize web analytics, campaign tracking, SEO strategies, and research to improve the effectiveness, usability, functionality, design, and appearance of Baystate Health's digital properties. Work in collaboration with various departments including Internal Communications, Public Affairs, I&T, and Medical offices, to educate and create online opportunities, and digital solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new social media policies, guidelines and marketing strategies.
