Director, Integrated Project Management
CurrentMy primary goal of this leadership role is to introduce solutions that enhance the Marketing and Communication department’s efficiency and effectiveness to execute world-class integrated marketing solutions at scale, within an incredibly fast paced, transformative, and dynamic health care system.I create standardized operational processes, workflows and procedures, operating as a cross-functional departmental leader and partner, working alongside department leadership, plan directors, plan owners and strategic channel owners to collaboratively to develop integrated marketing plans from the initial brainstorming and discovery phase, through planning, implementation/production and launch. My team and I manage project plans, production timelines to ensure the successful execution of high priority enterprise campaigns, projects and programs.
