• Advice stores and assist with logistic training• Analyse and implement Chain logistics processes to ensure stock availability and effective flow of stock.• Provide regular feedback to all stakeholders• Conduct merchandise analysis through product performance tracking, investigations, and implementation of remedial plans• Ensure store visits are conducted and result in feedback and recommendations• Monitor compliance with policies and standards regarding ticketing of merchandise, recalls, markdowns, and promotions.• Stores Profiling• Involved with projects and rollouts• Manage Central Store returns on the product• Manage Staff uniforms• Manage Casual Day stickers• Build a dashboard and do weekly feedback on all KPI areas.
