Responsibilities:• VTS/Onelogix Applications support via phone, email & internal request system.• Ensuring emails & requests are attended to timeously, logged, and moved to designated folders on completion.• Reporting of issues & scheduling development requests/bug fixes.• Create Users/Security Officers profiles and Maintain Access Control/Card numbers.• Creating Origin/Destination Codes, City Codes, Clearing Agents etc.• Investigation & correction on Invoice related errors including OD code & Alt code problems.• Re-uploading of invoices, credits and budgets on behalf of accounts.• Driver App Manifests – Assist planners/account execs on issues & corrections, including use of SOTI to identify driver scanning issues.• Corrections on Consignments, Manifests, Storage, Debriefing etc. on behalf of users if the system option is already closed off.• Corrections on system links – e.g. Consignments on Manifests.• Link Price List setup – Adding of Admin/Access levels to existing/new accounts under customers.• Ensuring system lead days match current public holidays & weekends.• Assisting Cross Border Department on Customs Submission errors.• Adding/updating budget item links & toll rates.• SQL Reporting Services – Setup of new reports, additions/changes to report schedules and data.• Background/SQL data corrections, investigating stored procedures, and reporting possible issues to developers.• Testing of new developments before implementation.• Compile training documentation for Users & Support functions. • Training and assistance of new developments to users. • Print Fuel Barcodes for truck scanning.• Remote Printing – Setups, and Investigation of issues on printing from System, and identify whether this needs to be handed over to IT. • Communication Setup – set up automated SMS and Emails.• Setup & monitoring all Electronic Customers for errors received, communicating with Acc Execs/Supply Chain, and re-dropping of msgs/files.• Website Apps Support.

*PromotionResponsibilities:• Direct driver communication – Phoning drivers, sending instructions via SMS/system, Scheduling of unplanned collections while driver is on route/within area for collection.• Daily truck & vehicle tracking/reporting – Ensuring locations are updated every 2 hours to ensure client “vehicle tracking” portal is updated.• Daily reporting to Supply Chain on deliveries, on-route vehicles, and -suspected time overlap for on-time delivery.• Updating of latest pricing on pricelists, ensuring pricing is correct before approval• Attending to Supplier meetings.

Responsibilities:• Quotations to clients within Supply Chain for vehicle collection/delivery. Ensuring fair pricing and consistent client feedback on special movements• Local Distribution Coordination – Ensure vehicle stock is collected from dealer/OEM. Direct liaison with Sales Managers & Stock Controllers as well as OEM to prepare for successful movements according to contractual standard.• Long Haul Distribution Coordination - Assist in building loads for long haul distribution (WC,EC,FS,ELS) ensuring deadlines are met when Load Planner is out-of-office.• Queries - Updating and liaising with customers on the status of their vehicles.• Reporting of driver problems and carrier breakdown to Fleet Controller along with Workshop.• Process Check sheets – Ensure that Consignments are added on checklists on receipt, and taken to Filing Room for auditing purpose.• Price Lists – Ensure that customer price lists are correctly updated on a month to month basis according to changes in collection/delivery fees on VTS and submitted for approval.• Data Capturing – Capturing vehicle details/consignments for Collection/Delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met and all information is correct.• Ad-Hoc Duties – Assist Key Account Manager on any special requests,updating “On-Route” reports for Supply Chain as and when required.• Daily Tracking – Carrier and vehicle location updates on Front-end/Manifests, via Mix Telematics.• Assist Supply Chain on any special requests (e.g. vehicle launch preparations – ensuring launch vehicles are delivered discretely)Administrative duties.

Responsibilities:• Capturing of SAD500/Bill of Entries & Exits per vehicle record on system on Storage application & Filing documentation of captured data.• Logging of non-starter vehicles on system, scheduling of charging batteries via Ronnies Motors per call and mailing systems.• Logging incoming shipments without/with fitments & damages from East London Port.• Ensuring Data-Dotting is completed by external fitment center, and ensuring messages are processed on internal system along with supply chain’s Linked systems.• Vehicle inspection, data analysis/filing of damages noted on vehicles.• Ensuring keys of port vehicles are booked into storage/key room, and scanned onto system.• Switchboard operation/client liaison.
