Supervisory oversight which includes staffing, mentoring and reprimanding, responsibilities that embrace the full extent of quoting, planning, Cad/Cam Programming, fabrication, resolving all issues relative to production and inspection of machined parts in a job shop. During my tenure at Penco Precision as a key team member, beginning respectfully as a machinist, set up man, facility maintenance, programmer to Production and Quality Manager. I have acquired vast experience with troubleshooting/repair/service of both vertical mills and lathes (single and multi turret), compressed air systems and electrical services (single phase/three phase). Rewarding Accomplishments:Designed and implemented an auxiliary solar power system to run clean quality power to the entire facility’s computer and inspection equipment which produced a significant cost effective savings.
